In your videotape of the jump at the pre meet it looks like your step is under by about a foot. IS this where you usually take off from or does the bend in the pole make it look like you are farther under than you really are? EdOleata@gmail.com
Yep, I normally take off at least a foot under. Although, it is inching out slowly but surely. I've been trying for years to get my step further out. It just takes a lot of time to get comfortable with taking off further away from the box. I'm getting much better with it from my short run...now I just need to transfer that to my long run!
